MUFFIN TRAY: Both standard and mini sizes to hold paper patty cups, suitable for Automatic Depositing, Baking, Storing and Distribution. INDIVIDUAL DESSERT TRAYS: Using the same principles as the Muffin tray the locating holes securely holds a strip of acetate or similar to form a strong walled cylinder. A biscuit / sponge base is placed in to the base of the cylinder on to which cold set desert mix is placed. When set hand decoration completes the presentation.
The tray is then lidded in the same way as the muffin tray suitable for damage free distribution.
